Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Expert to join our team and lead the growth and optimization of our TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in identifying high-potential products and driving sales through strategic account management, advertising, and influencer collaborations. This role involves managing daily store activities, creating compelling promotional content, and leveraging TikTok’s advertising tools to maximize visibility and conversions. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the TikTok Shop account, ensuring product listings are optimized and store performance remains consistently high.
- Develop, manage, and scale TikTok Ads and Spark Ads campaigns aimed at boosting product visibility and increasing sales conversions.
- Identify suitable influencers, negotiate partnerships, and onboard them to create authentic user-generated content (UGC) that drives engagement and sales.
- Produce and post engaging video content on buyer TikTok accounts to enhance organic reach and stimulate sales growth.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for private-label products to increase brand awareness and revenue.
- (Bonus) Manage TikTok Shop wholesale operations, including handling bulk orders and coordinating with suppliers to streamline processes.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing TikTok Shop accounts with a proven record of driving sales growth.
- Expertise in running and optimizing TikTok Ads and Spark Ads campaigns, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve campaign performance.
- Solid background in influencer outreach and managing UGC-driven marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing video content tailored for TikTok buyer accounts.
- Knowledge of private-label product promotion within the TikTok ecosystem.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt strategies based on data insights.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented professional capable of working in a hybrid setup (office in Lahore plus remote) or fully remote for exceptional candidates.
