Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and approachable Front Desk Executive to become a vital part of our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing various administrative duties efficiently. This full-time, on-site position demands excellent communication skills, a polished and professional appearance, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Handling incoming phone calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals will be a core part of your role. Managing the front desk area includes addressing inquiries and guiding visitors to their destinations within the office.

Maintaining the reception area’s cleanliness and organization is essential to uphold a positive company image. You will provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors, responding to general questions with accuracy and courtesy. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling, supporting the smooth functioning of daily office operations.

Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, deliveries, and courier packages will also fall under your responsibilities. Your role will extend to supporting office management and organizational procedures, helping to ensure efficient workflows and a well-coordinated environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively interact with visitors, clients, and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude are crucial for representing the company positively. You should possess strong organizational skills with great attention to detail, enabling you to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic office setting is key to success in this role.

While previous experience in a front desk or administrative position is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Additional qualifications beyond a Bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage and may enhance your candidacy. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 110,000, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
