We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to lead recruitment and HR operations for our retail pharmacy network, playing a pivotal role in scaling our workforce and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for retail pharmacy roles, including pharmacists, store leads, and sales teams, ensuring hires align with business goals and standards.
- Complete shop-level hiring within a strict 21-day timeline without compromising candidate quality.
- Manage payroll and HR operations, ensuring timely salary processing and maintaining 100% audit readiness.
- Drive performance management by achieving over 90% completion of structured performance reviews using scorecards.
- Partner closely with General Managers and Operations Leads to act as a strategic HR advisor, aligning workforce planning with operational needs.
- Develop and implement scalable hiring systems such as sourcing pipelines, standardized job descriptions, onboarding protocols, and engagement with local talent networks.
- Collaborate with operations and franchise teams to forecast staffing needs accurately, reducing time-to-hire and optimizing resource allocation.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, attendance monitoring, employee record maintenance, and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and pharmacy-specific regulations, maintaining meticulous and up-to-date HR documentation.
- Optimize the use of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and employee data management tools to streamline HR processes.
- Lead performance management initiatives by managing scorecards, conducting reviews, and facilitating structured feedback across all teams.
- Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching and customized development plans.
- Cultivate a strong, mission-driven organizational culture that bridges corporate and frontline employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, specializing in retail recruitment and HR operations.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and performance management frameworks.
- Proven track record in scaling HR systems within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent collaboration skills across office and field teams.
- Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi; proficiency in Pashto is a plus.
