Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our team at our Lahore office, located at 111-k DHA Phase 1, K-Block. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring availability during the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing HR functions and overseeing administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient workplace processes. The role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
The HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, interviewing candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records is essential. The role also involves administering payroll, benefits, and leave management systems to ensure timely and accurate processing. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to align with company standards and legal requirements. Addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues promptly is a key part of the role. Additionally, conducting performance reviews and supporting employee development initiatives will help foster a positive work environment.
Administrative Duties:
On the administrative side, the officer will oversee daily office operations to maintain efficiency and productivity. This includes managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and properly maintained. Coordination and organization of company events, meetings, and training sessions will also fall under your responsibilities. Handling correspondence, filing, and document management with attention to detail is crucial to maintaining smooth office workflows. Providing administrative support to senior management as needed will be an ongoing part of the role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or in a similar role, ideally with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of HR functions and best practices is essential. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are required to manage the diverse responsibilities effectively. Effective interpersonal and communication abilities are necessary to interact with employees and management professionally. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is critical. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of HR experience. Candidates must be willing and able to work the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
