Job Summary
Imperial Limited, a rapidly expanding organization committed to service excellence, innovation, and employee growth, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join its Human Resources team. This role is crucial in supporting the company’s people strategy by managing diverse HR functions and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to maintaining a productive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Officer will assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with company policies and legal requirements is essential. The role involves managing onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate the smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Supporting employee relations is a key part of this position, requiring prompt and professional handling of employee concerns and issues. The HR Officer will administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role includes registering and managing employee contributions under EOBI (Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution) and PESSI (Punjab Employees Social Security Institution).
The candidate will assist with performance management processes and coordinate training initiatives to foster employee development. Payroll processing is another critical responsibility, which involves close collaboration with the finance department to guarantee timely salary payments. Preparing HR documentation, reports, and analytics as needed will also be part of the daily duties. The HR Officer will support organizational development projects and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of two years’ experience in an HR role is preferred. Familiarity with EOBI and PESSI registration processes, along with a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, is essential.
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are required to manage multiple tasks effectively and interact professionally with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is necessary. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, with a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000. Candidates must be residents of Lahore to be considered. The application deadline is 30th June 2025.
