Job Summary
ABS International is looking for a proactive and creative YouTube Content & Community Lead to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is perfect for a digital media expert with a proven ability to grow YouTube channels and boost audience engagement. The successful candidate will spearhead the strategic development of our video content, optimize channel performance, and nurture an active online community. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at increasing channel subscribers, enhancing audience interaction, and broadening content reach. Managing the full content lifecycle is essential, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely uploads to maintain consistency and maximize viewer engagement.

Utilizing YouTube Analytics will be critical to monitor channel performance, interpret key metrics, and apply data-driven insights to refine content quality and effectiveness continuously. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with content creators, video editors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that video content aligns with brand goals and resonates with our target audience.

Building and sustaining a vibrant community is another core responsibility. This involves actively engaging with viewers by responding to comments, addressing inquiries, and implementing strategies that foster interaction and strengthen subscriber loyalty.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels or comparable digital video platforms, with a clear record of driving significant growth and engagement. A deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, advanced SEO techniques tailored for video content, and effective strategies for audience retention and expansion are essential.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, alongside excellent organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
