Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher - Customer Support to join our team in Lahore. This full-time role operates on the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers and technicians, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and field personnel. Key Responsibilities
Efficiently managing inbound and outbound calls from both customers and field staff is a core part of this role. You will schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians according to service requirements, ensuring that all assignments are allocated promptly and accurately. Monitoring routes and tracking the status of field personnel is essential to guarantee timely service delivery and operational efficiency.

Providing customers with accurate and timely updates regarding their service requests is crucial. You will also handle customer complaints and issues professionally, maintaining a calm and positive demeanor to resolve conflicts effectively. Maintaining detailed records of service calls, dispatch times, and any incidents is necessary for operational transparency and continuous improvement.

Collaboration with other departments is important to enhance overall efficiency and workflow. You will be expected to utilize dispatching software and CRM tools proficiently to manage daily tasks and streamline communication between all parties involved.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education considered an advantage. Proven experience of 1-2 years in a dispatcher or customer service role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to interact effectively with customers and team members.

The ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure is critical in this fast-paced role. Familiarity with dispatching software or CRM systems will help you manage workflows efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent time management are also required. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, email, and chat applications, is necessary to perform daily tasks.
