Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team and lead membership sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This role involves attracting new clients while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and generate referrals. The successful candidate will proactively follow up on leads from multiple sources, including walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms. Additionally, close collaboration with the marketing team is essential to support local promotional campaigns. Regular reporting on sales performance to management will also be a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals.
- Create and implement targeted sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the membership base.
- Promptly follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and online channels to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and foster referrals, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, preparing detailed reports for management to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support and execute local promotional campaigns that boost membership sales.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or related industries.
- Experience in retail sales is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members alike.
