Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shopify Store Manager to join our expanding team based in Mirpur, AJK. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in the Shopify platform and demonstrated success in managing eCommerce operations, particularly on Shopify and Facebook marketplaces. This role requires overseeing the daily management of our existing online store, developing and optimizing our Facebook sales and marketing channels, and representing our brand professionally. The position is office-based, with working hours from 1 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Saturday, to align with UK time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all facets of our Shopify online store, ensuring smooth daily operations and handling customer communications via email and telephone. You will be responsible for designing and creating compelling eBay listings that attract high engagement and sales. Regular updates to product listings and maintenance of the product portfolio are essential to keep offerings fresh and competitive.

Content creation will be a significant part of your role, including web scraping supplier websites to gather accurate product information and support marketing initiatives. You will also edit images to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency across all platforms. Optimizing content for improved discoverability and revenue generation on Shopify and Facebook marketplaces is critical.

Compliance with marketplace rules and guidelines must be strictly observed. Collaboration with our UK-based team will be necessary to brainstorm innovative content ideas and leverage platform data to improve content quality and effectiveness. You will also manage purchase orders and third-party orders efficiently, oversee order fulfillment, and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a university degree and have at least two years of experience in a similar eCommerce management role. A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience managing Shopify and Facebook eCommerce platforms is essential. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required to effectively engage with customers and team members.

Proven success in building and maintaining thriving eCommerce accounts is necessary. Strong image editing skills, including optimization, isolating, and resizing images, are expected. Proficiency in Adobe design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is required to produce high-quality visual content.

Candidates should be knowledgeable about current best practices for web, email, and mobile communications, including accessibility standards. A basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and product photography is important. The ability to analyze website traffic data and translate insights into actionable business decisions is a must.

Excellent verbal communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and masters diverse web technologies and techniques. A professional attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset are vital.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000. This is a full-time, office-based position with a consistent schedule aligned with UK business hours.
