Job Summary
Glosix Systems, a prominent software development company based in Lahore with over 18 years of expertise in IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, and digital transformation, is looking to hire a Software Projects Coordinator. This full-time position is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the software development industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project execution from initial planning through to final delivery. They will ensure smooth workflows and effective communication among all stakeholders by leveraging Agile and other project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
The Software Projects Coordinator will assist Technical Project Leads in creating and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. They will coordinate daily operations across multiple software development projects to maintain timely progress and address any issues or bottlenecks promptly. Organizing and actively participating in project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders is a key part of the role.

Maintaining comprehensive project documentation is essential, including records of daily standups, weekly updates, sprint reports, and quarterly progress summaries. The coordinator will manage project workflows, task assignments, sprint planning, and resource hours primarily through JIRA. Ensuring strict adherence to project frameworks and maintaining documentation for audits and tracking purposes is also required.

Serving as the central communication hub, the coordinator will facilitate effective information flow across teams and support change management efforts by documenting changes and aligning stakeholders accordingly. They will proactively identify project risks and potential delays, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Collaboration with the software development team to understand system architecture and suggest improvements for development and delivery processes is another important responsibility.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a project coordination role, with at least one year specifically in the software development sector, preferably managing SaaS projects. A strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall is essential.

Proficiency in project management tools, especially JIRA and Confluence or similar platforms, is required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently are critical for success. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise with technical teams and stakeholders.

An understanding of software architecture and development processes is important to facilitate technical discussions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
