Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic call center team. This full-time position involves managing incoming customer calls, providing comprehensive information about our products and services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate will excel at listening attentively, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Your ability to engage customers effectively and meet sales targets will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from prospective and existing customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services that meet their needs.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets by closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM software to ensure data integrity.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and ongoing promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working as an English-speaking call center representative or in an inbound sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
- Proven ability to persuade and negotiate, ensuring successful closure of sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and able to handle pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data and tracking interactions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with performance and experience.
