Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing inbound calls from potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of Telelinkz’s telecom services. Understanding each customer’s unique requirements will allow you to recommend tailored telecom solutions that best suit their needs. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge is essential. Additionally, you will be expected to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, playing a key role in driving the overall success of Telelinkz.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. The role requires managing multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach. Previous experience in sales or customer service is necessary, with a preference for those who have worked in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working collaboratively within a team-oriented, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Telelinkz offers a competitive salary package with earnings up to Rs 300,000 per month. This includes a basic salary of Rs 120,000 plus uncapped commissions based on individual performance. During the probation period, the basic salary starts at Rs 90,000, with the potential to increase to Rs 120,000 following a successful performance review. The position requires working a flexible night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, which is ideal for candidates comfortable with US-based time zones.
