Job Summary
This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to work on pioneering AI-driven software engineering through Crossover. The role centers on transforming existing B2B products into cloud-native applications, embedding AI at every stage of the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and deploying innovative AI-powered features, leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for automated defect detection, and ensuring smooth, disruption-free software releases. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about deeply integrating AI into software development, accelerating delivery timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards without getting entangled in prolonged architectural debates or routine infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to efficiently identify, diagnose, and resolve product defects and bugs.
- Employ AI development agents to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge features for cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with a global, distributed team to deliver enterprise-grade, high-quality software solutions.
- Implement AI-driven functionalities that optimize workflows and empower service providers with sophisticated tools.
- Ensure zero outages or disruptions during software releases by managing seamless deployment cycles.

Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development, specifically with production-quality server-side web applications.
- Demonstrated experience using Generative AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev.
- Strong enthusiasm and proven ability to integrate Generative AI tools into everyday development workflows.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills, essential for remote collaboration and interview processes.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with the latest AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and large language models (LLMs).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly compensation of Rs 670,000.00.

- Support provided to help candidates successfully pass Crossover’s evaluation tests. Note that a 50% commission applies on all payments, which are processed via a Payoneer account required solely for payment purposes during employment.
