Job Summary
A prominent telecom company based in Lahore is actively seeking a skilled and qualified DAE professional to join their technical team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber optic cables. This position demands hands-on technical expertise combined with strong customer service skills, as the role involves direct interaction with customers to address and resolve complaints efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore, offering a competitive salary package based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of this role include the installation and troubleshooting of various telecom infrastructure components to ensure seamless connectivity and service quality. Responsibilities are as follows:
- Install and maintain phone lines, ensuring consistent and reliable connectivity for customers.
- Perform installation and troubleshooting of internet cables to support uninterrupted internet services.
- Handle the installation and repair of TV fiber optic cables, resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and technical issues, providing effective solutions to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:
- Possession of a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
- The candidate must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site full-time.
- Availability to work full-time hours as required by the company.
- While not mandatory, owning a bike is preferred to facilitate easy transportation to various job locations across the city.
