Job Summary
Raast Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead its software sales division at the Rawalpindi office. This role involves overseeing the cold calling and data entry teams while managing overall sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technology sales and leadership, with a strong focus on driving growth through digital software and SaaS solutions. This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Time. Candidates must be prepared to work onsite and excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, including both data entry and cold calling units. You will drive sales efforts for digital software and SaaS products targeting both B2B and B2C markets. Generating new business leads and successfully closing sales opportunities will be a critical part of your role. Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction is essential.

You will also prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and sales proposals to prospective clients. Monitoring team performance against established sales KPIs and providing regular progress reports to senior management will be required. Additionally, managing CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions will be part of your daily responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in software, SaaS, or IT services sales. Proven leadership skills are essential, including experience managing teams and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills are necessary, along with familiarity in outbound calling and online sales strategies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in professional English communication is mandatory. Since this role requires onsite presence, candidates must be available to work the evening to night shift hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
