Job Summary

ABS International is looking for a talented Front-End Development Engineer to join our team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. This is a full-time, permanent role working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript to build responsive and engaging web applications. You will work closely with UI/UX designers to transform visual designs and interactive elements into functional front-end components, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience.

Optimizing web performance is critical; you will apply best practices to achieve fast load times and smooth operation across multiple devices and browsers. Rigorous testing and debugging will be part of your routine to guarantee cross-browser compatibility and uniform functionality on all platforms.

You will also identify and resolve front-end technical issues to maintain a stable, scalable, and maintainable codebase. Collaboration is key, so you will work alongside back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have proven professional experience in front-end web development roles, demonstrating strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A solid understanding and practical application of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development are essential.

Excellent analytical and debugging skills are required to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges. Attention to detail is paramount, with a focus on pixel-perfect implementation of design specifications.

The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced agile development environment is necessary, as is being a collaborative team player. Additionally, candidates must be available to reliably work the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, Monday through Saturday.
