We are looking for a committed Warehouse Associate to oversee material issuance and support smooth warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate reconciliation of materials, maintaining traceability of raw and packaging items, and optimizing the use of storage space. This role emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols and warehousing standards to avoid any damage during material handling. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Issue materials to production and conduct regular reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain traceability of raw materials and packaging items throughout the warehouse process.
- Optimize storage space utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Handle and store materials carefully to prevent any damage.
- Stack materials following AIB guidelines and general warehousing standards.
- Ensure a safe working environment with zero incidents related to personnel safety.

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of FA, DAE, or any intermediate degree in commerce.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and related processes.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate coordination and maintain documentation.
- Ability to manage labor resources efficiently to achieve operational targets.
