Excel Data Analyst & Reporting Expert

Job Summary
ARD Developers is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and will be responsible for managing complex reporting, data processing, and performance dashboards. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, insightful, and timely reports. The Excel Expert will work closely with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes through automation and innovative Excel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain complex Excel reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools that provide clear insights into business operations.
- Analyze sales and operational data to extract meaningful trends and strategic insights that support management decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports, maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring it is ready for analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement macros and automated templates to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort in reporting workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including mastery of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, and data validation techniques.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and preparing comprehensive reports tailored for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Power Query, or Power BI is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
