Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team in a full-time accounting role. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining precise financial records, and assisting with month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles and demonstrate a strong eagerness to develop their skills within a professional setting. This role requires on-site presence and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting entries and maintain thorough documentation to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Regularly update and maintain financial records and reports to support ongoing financial management.
- Support month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and verification of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Learn and apply relevant accounting standards and procedures under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they show a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are required to succeed in this role.
