Job Summary
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s premier real estate portal and a trailblazer in digitizing the property sector since 2006, is looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its vibrant real estate team. Operating under the Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG), Zameen.com provides a comprehensive digital platform for buying, selling, renting, and investing in properties. The CSR will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, coordinating property visits, and supporting the sales and leasing teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Providing accurate and detailed information about available properties, sales procedures, and company services is essential. The CSR will coordinate and schedule property viewings with clients and agents to ensure seamless operations.

Maintaining and updating client records within the CRM database is critical to ensure data accuracy. The role involves following up with leads and providing timely updates on property availability and transaction status. The CSR will assist in preparing necessary documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and properly filed.

Handling customer complaints effectively and offering timely, appropriate solutions is a key part of the role. The CSR will collaborate closely with sales agents, property managers, and the marketing team to enhance overall client satisfaction. Staying informed about real estate trends, property listings, and market conditions is necessary to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field. Previous experience in customer service is essential, while experience in real estate is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software such as Salesforce is required.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role. The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively is also important. A customer-focused attitude paired with a professional demeanor will help in delivering exceptional service.
