Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our energetic team, providing exceptional technical assistance to customers throughout the USA. In this role, you will be the frontline support, addressing internet connectivity issues and delivering clear, concise explanations of technical concepts. Your ability to troubleshoot effectively and resolve customer concerns promptly will be vital. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity problems efficiently to minimize customer downtime.
- Offer technical support and guidance, simplifying complex information for customers of varying technical backgrounds.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy, escalating issues to higher levels when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction with a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical details clearly and understandably.
- Basic proficiency in computer troubleshooting and understanding of internet connectivity issues.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evening and night shifts as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service roles will be given preference.
- This is a full-time, onsite position based at 48 Commercial Plaza, Cavalry Ground, Lahore Cantt.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
