Job Summary
Mint Source is seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant with a robust background in marketing and advertising to join our fully remote team. This distinctive role combines hands-on performance marketing expertise with strategic operational support, serving as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO of a fast-growing digital agency. The ideal candidate will spearhead vital initiatives such as client acquisition presentations, ad account audits, funnel optimization, and internal system development. This position calls for a seasoned performance marketer who has transitioned into operations or client-facing leadership, capable of adopting the CEO’s mindset while managing key sales, marketing, and agency processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough audits of Meta and Google ad accounts for both eCommerce and service-based clients, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create compelling pitch decks and audit reports to drive lead generation and support client acquisition efforts.
- Analyze client funnels, landing pages, and websites to provide actionable insights for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Recommend enhancements to offers, messaging angles, and advertising creative strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Re-engage cold leads and former clients through targeted email campaigns and CRM follow-ups to nurture relationships.
- Act as a strategic proxy for the CEO by managing inboxes, communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical tasks.
- Deliver detailed post-meeting summaries and track the completion of action items to maintain momentum.
- Maintain clear, structured communication with clients, internal teams, and prospective leads to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate scheduling for internal and external meetings, optimizing the CEO’s calendar.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics and KPIs, including financial, marketing, and team performance indicators.
- Assist with cash flow visibility, financial overviews, and basic expense tracking to support operational transparency.
- Oversee task management and project coordination using ClickUp, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Lead documentation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows.
- Support client onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as team hiring initiatives to foster growth.
- Research and implement software tools, automations, and AI-driven solutions to enhance agency efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of lead magnets, newsletters, and other marketing growth assets.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects alongside the Operations Manager to drive agency-wide success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, including at least 3 years as a hands-on performance marketer or media buyer.
- Proven expertise in managing and auditing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- At least 2 years in executive support, operations, or agency leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, CRO, funnel strategy, and offer creation.
- Familiarity with both eCommerce and service-based business models.
- Excellent English communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
- Proficiency with advertising tools, Google Suite, ClickUp, Slack, and presentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tasks independently.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with experience supporting light sales activities.
- Highly organized and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced agency environment.
