Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Expert to drive new business growth by executing strategic multi-channel outreach campaigns. This role is essential in identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential clients for our digital marketing services. The primary focus is to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads that will support the closing team and maintain a robust sales pipeline for ongoing business development.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research:
You will be responsible for identifying and compiling targeted lists of prospective clients that match our ideal customer profile. Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, and company websites, you will conduct in-depth research on target accounts. This includes understanding their business challenges, pinpointing key decision-makers, and customizing outreach strategies to maximize engagement.
Multi-Channel Outreach:
Design and execute high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Craft clear and compelling messaging that effectively communicates our agency’s value proposition and resonates with the target audience. You will also perform A/B testing on messaging, subject lines, and outreach tactics to continuously improve response rates and campaign effectiveness.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
Engage with both inbound and outbound leads to assess their suitability for our services. Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria). Additionally, nurture early-stage leads by sharing relevant content and maintaining consistent follow-up communication to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and lead generation activities within our CRM system, such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Keep the lead database organized and up-to-date to ensure seamless handoffs to the closing team. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators including lead volume, qualification rates, and the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within digital marketing or related sectors.
- Strong research capabilities and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive outreach messages.
- Experience in cold calling and managing multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Skilled in qualifying leads through discovery calls and nurturing follow-ups.
- Proficient in English and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time based on your availability.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs140,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
