Job Summary
HG Markets is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relationship Executive to join its Mutual Fund Distribution team based in Clifton, Karachi. This full-time, office-based position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates from SZABIST, Iqra University, and the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) who are eager to launch their careers in the financial services industry. The role primarily involves managing outbound calls and responding to client inquiries generated through various paid social media, digital, and electronic advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients through outbound phone calls and digital communication channels, ensuring a professional and approachable interaction.
- Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about mutual fund investment products to prospective clients.
- Convert both inbound and outbound leads into qualified prospects by employing effective communication skills and conducting timely follow-ups.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service and ongoing support.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client queries generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling confident and effective interaction with clients.
- A basic understanding of mutual funds is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Ability to professionally market financial products with confidence and clarity.
- A polite, proactive, and confident attitude toward client engagement and relationship building.
- Fresh graduates from recognized universities, particularly SZABIST, Iqra University, and IoBM, are encouraged to apply.
