Job Summary
We are looking for a committed IT Analyst to join our team and support daily IT operations and application management. This role plays a vital part in assisting with the deployment and maintenance of IT systems hosted both on-premises and in cloud environments. The successful candidate will possess a solid technical foundation, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
The IT Analyst will provide application support by thoroughly understanding and prioritizing business requirements to ensure optimal system performance. Effective communication with business stakeholders and end-users is essential to maintain seamless operations and address any issues promptly. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams to develop and implement technology solutions aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the candidate will manage and coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives. Handling ServiceNow requests efficiently is also a critical responsibility to uphold service quality and responsiveness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from a recognized institution. A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in application support is required, with proficiency in T-SQL, MS SQL, and database management within a reputable organization. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server is necessary to monitor and maintain the health of application servers. Strong documentation skills are essential to ensure clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of processes and incidents. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory for effective communication across diverse teams. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive mindset, capable of independently identifying and resolving issues with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent interpersonal skills are also important to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with the C# programming language will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of Jira, Scrum methodologies, and Power BI is also beneficial, as these tools and frameworks support agile project management and data visualization efforts. The position offers a starting salary of PKR 80,000 per month, along with additional benefits in accordance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mardan, KPK, Pakistan.
