Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will assist in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications. You will work closely with senior developers to fully understand project requirements and technical specifications, ensuring your contributions align with team goals. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code under supervision will be a core part of your daily tasks.

Active participation in code reviews and team meetings is essential to maintain high-quality standards and foster knowledge sharing across the development team. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and improve the overall user experience. Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in web development will be encouraged to support your continuous professional growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. A foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ES6+ is necessary to succeed in this role. Familiarity with both backend and frontend frameworks or libraries such as React.js, Express.js, or similar technologies is expected.

Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking are crucial, as is a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. Effective communication skills are also important, enabling you to engage clearly with team members and stakeholders throughout the development process.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, experience with academic or personal projects involving JavaScript or Python will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with front-end tools such as Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI is also beneficial. Knowledge of database design and cloud deployment platforms like Firebase or Heroku will further strengthen your application.

The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing a consistent routine that supports work-life balance.
