Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities
The Customer Support Coordinator will handle a variety of administrative and support tasks to keep office operations running seamlessly. Responsibilities include providing general clerical support such as mailing, scanning, and copying documents. The coordinator will regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely communication and quick resolution of inquiries. Preparing, managing, and filing official documents and reports using MS Word is a key part of the role.
Additionally, the coordinator will assist in planning and executing office activities, meetings, and events to foster a productive workplace. Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly is essential. Maintaining accurate records of office expenses, client interactions, and other important documentation will also be required.
Supporting team members with daily tasks such as managing appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements is another important responsibility. The coordinator will assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions. Managing office supplies and inventory to ensure the office remains well-stocked is critical, as is coordinating with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies. Required Qualifications
