Offering a comprehensive suite of services—from advertising and strategic planning to operational support—all under one roof, Urtasker is seeking a motivated professional for a full-time remote role. This position focuses on outreach and lead generation specifically targeting Amazon brand owners, playing a crucial role in driving the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for sending 80 to 100 personalized cold emails daily, targeting Amazon brand owners to generate new business opportunities. In addition to email outreach, they will conduct cold calls to complement communication efforts and engage with e-commerce brands through Instagram and TikTok direct messages. Following up with leads is essential, utilizing email, social media platforms, or WhatsApp to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Scheduling qualified strategy calls using Calendly is a key part of advancing the sales process. The role also requires close collaboration with lead researchers to maintain and continuously improve the quality of leads, ensuring outreach efforts are efficient and effective.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent written English skills and strong communication abilities to craft compelling, personalized messages that resonate with the target audience. A basic understanding of e-commerce concepts, particularly Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) operations, is essential to engage prospects knowledgeably.

Experience with outreach and automation tools such as Instantly, Mailshake, or Lemlist is required to manage and scale communication efforts effectively. The ability to create engaging direct messages and email copy tailored to Amazon brand owners is critical. Additionally, candidates should be self-driven, confident, and consistently focused on meeting and exceeding targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Urtasker offers a competitive market salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance. The compensation package includes performance-based incentives, monthly KPI bonuses, and a commission structure designed to reward high productivity.
