Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our factory team located on Raiwind Road. The successful candidate will have a solid accounting background with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing or factory environment. This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial health of our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining precise financial records related to factory operations. This includes preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports to provide insights into the company’s financial status. Handling accounts payable and receivable is a key part of the role, ensuring all transactions are processed promptly and accurately. The candidate will also reconcile bank statements regularly and manage cash flow to support smooth financial operations.

In addition to day-to-day accounting tasks, the Accountant will assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, helping the management team plan for future financial needs. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies is essential to maintain transparency and accountability. The role also involves supporting both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years of practical accounting experience is required, with preference given to those who have worked in a manufacturing or factory setting. Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential to efficiently manage financial data and reporting.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
