Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Lahore-based team on a full-time, in-person basis. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical proficiency to elevate our website and various sales platforms. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team and creative leadership to produce visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, develop innovative design concepts, and ensure all graphics are polished and effective across multiple media channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Carefully analyze design briefs to fully understand project goals, requirements, and limitations.
- Apply creative thinking to enhance the visual appeal of our website and other sales platforms.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and refine visual concepts.
- Manage project schedules efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Produce initial design drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval.
- Choose suitable colors, layouts, and graphic elements tailored to each project’s needs.
- Coordinate closely with copywriters and the creative head to finalize designs that meet brand standards.
- Test graphics across various media formats to ensure consistency and high quality.
- Assess design functionality and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Deliver final graphics and layouts that are visually appealing and fully compliant with brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in key design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work systematically and meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site full-time.
