Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and approachable attitude.
- Accurately take customer orders and promptly serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining and kitchen areas to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support food preparation activities and uphold strict kitchen hygiene standards.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and enhance overall guest experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong teamwork abilities combined with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs28,000 to Rs35,000.
