Job Summary
Latest Bedding, a leading company based in Faisalabad, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Relationship Manager to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with excellent communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure the accurate and timely application of discounts and pricing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining strong vendor partnerships and supporting the company’s purchasing and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
The Supplier Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with both local and international suppliers and vendors. Acting as the primary liaison, this role involves managing all supplier communications to ensure clarity and efficiency. A key part of the job is negotiating and finalizing product costs, discount agreements, and promotional deals that align with company goals.

The manager will ensure that all discounts and pricing adjustments are implemented accurately and on schedule across various sales platforms. Monitoring contract timelines, pricing updates, and supplier performance metrics is essential to maintain service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration is critical in this role, as the Supplier Relationship Manager will work closely with the purchasing and marketing teams to support campaign planning and execution. Additionally, the role requires meticulous tracking and documentation of all vendor communications and agreements to maintain comprehensive internal records.

When issues arise—such as supplier service quality concerns or delivery delays—the manager will take the lead in resolving these promptly to minimize disruption to operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Prior experience in vendor or supplier communication or supply chain coordination is essential.

Strong negotiation skills and excellent organizational abilities are required to handle multiple vendors and meet deadlines efficiently. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain clear and professional interactions with suppliers and internal teams.

Proficiency with technology, including spreadsheets, management systems, and email tools, is necessary to manage data and communications effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience within the home textiles or retail industry will be highly advantageous, given the company’s product focus. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is considered a plus, as it will aid in managing online pricing and promotional activities.

The position is based at The Grand Atrium, 4th Floor, Office No. 1, West Canal Road, Faisalabad. The salary package starts from Rs30,000 per month and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills. Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site are mandatory requirements.
