Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and analytically minded Research Analysts to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidates will play a critical role in conducting thorough research, analyzing emerging industry trends, and generating strategic insights that drive innovation and business growth. This position involves managing multiple research projects across diverse domains by applying data-driven methodologies, competitive analysis, and technology exploration. The insights provided will support informed decision-making and help shape the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving market dynamics. You will analyze data from various sources to extract actionable insights that directly contribute to R&D initiatives. Identifying opportunities for innovation and assessing their feasibility across different sectors will be a key part of your role.

You will benchmark and evaluate competitors’ strategies, products, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Developing and refining research methodologies and frameworks tailored to specific projects will also be essential. Preparing detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate your findings to support business strategies is expected.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure that research outcomes align with broader project objectives. You will continuously monitor advancements in technology and business models relevant to ongoing research efforts. Engaging in both qualitative and quantitative research methods will enable you to evaluate new business opportunities effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and organizing research projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery of insights.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, research analytics, or a similar role is required. Strong expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and research methodologies is essential.

You should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing research tasks effectively. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are a must. Strong communication skills, including the ability to write comprehensive reports and deliver compelling presentations, are also required to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with AI-driven research tools will be considered a significant advantage. Experience with innovation strategies and staying abreast of current technology trends is highly desirable. Candidates with a background in market intelligence, consumer insights, and trend forecasting will find this role particularly well-suited to their skills.

The ability to conduct scenario planning and predictive modeling to support business growth initiatives is also preferred.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires in-person attendance at our work location, fostering close collaboration within the team and with other departments.
