Job Summary
One World Immigration Law Consultants (OWILC) is a leading immigration and legal consultancy specializing in skilled immigration, business visas, study abroad programs, and citizenship by investment. We are currently seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Legal Processing Officer to join our team. This role focuses on managing and processing immigration applications while ensuring strict compliance with legal standards. The successful candidate will provide essential legal support to clients, demonstrating a strong grasp of immigration laws and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Case Management & Processing
The Legal Processing Officer will be responsible for handling immigration applications with precision, ensuring all submissions meet legal requirements. This includes reviewing and verifying documents related to visas, residency permits, and citizenship applications. The role demands strict adherence to both local and international immigration laws and regulations. Additionally, the officer will coordinate with embassies, immigration authorities, and other legal entities to facilitate case approvals and smooth processing.

Client Consultation & Legal Support
Providing clear and accurate legal guidance to clients is a critical part of this role. The officer will advise clients on various immigration options, visa categories, and the application process. They will assist clients in understanding eligibility criteria and potential challenges that may arise. Furthermore, the officer will support clients in completing necessary legal paperwork, such as forms and affidavits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Compliance & Policy Updates
Staying updated on changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and legal frameworks is essential. The Legal Processing Officer will ensure that all case processing aligns with OWILC’s compliance standards. Maintaining detailed documentation of case files, agreements, and approvals is also a key responsibility to uphold transparency and accountability.

Reporting & Case Tracking
Accurate record-keeping of client applications and case statuses is vital. The officer will prepare periodic reports covering legal processing timelines, case approvals, and compliance issues. Timely follow-ups on pending applications and legal inquiries will be conducted to ensure efficient case progression.

Required Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, or a related discipline.

Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in immigration processing, legal consulting, or a comparable role.

Legal Knowledge
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and case processing procedures.

Attention to Detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage legal documentation with accuracy and compliance.

Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.

Problem-Solving Skills
- Capability to analyze complex legal cases and offer effective solutions.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and case management tools is advantageous.
