Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized professional to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman and Board Members of our Group. This full-time position is based at the Group Head Office in Karachi and plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the organization. The successful candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including organizing meetings and events, overseeing Group Human Resources functions, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a key liaison between the Chairman, Board Members, and Group Company Heads. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support senior leadership effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative assistance and support to the Chairman and Board Members to facilitate their operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements such as scheduling, venue preparation, and documentation are handled seamlessly.
- Manage Group Human Resources activities, including coordination of HR processes and related functions across the Group.
- Maintain and update accurate records and documentation at the Group Head Office to ensure compliance and easy accessibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the Chairman, Board Members, and external parties, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and promptly.
- Plan and execute corporate events that align with the Group’s strategic objectives, enhancing internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Group Company Heads and the Chairman and Board Members to support decision-making and operational alignment.
- Undertake any additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Chairman or Board Members to meet evolving organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a mandatory BBA certification.
- A minimum of four years’ professional experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably within a corporate or group environment.
- Strong command of the English language is essential; proficiency in Urdu is an advantage.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Karachi Head Office.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
