Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Services Executive to join our team based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy. The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
The Customer Services Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly and courteously to incoming calls, emails, and messages. You will address and resolve product or service-related concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback is essential to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and operations is crucial to resolve customer issues effectively. You will conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm their satisfaction and help build long-term relationships. Additionally, you will assist in preparing customer service reports and feedback summaries to support management decisions.

Managing after-sales service requests, including warranty claims and scheduling service visits, will also be part of your responsibilities. Throughout all interactions, you will uphold high service standards to maintain a positive and consistent customer experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is necessary to manage customer data and interactions efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail will help you address customer concerns effectively. Fluency in both English and Urdu, both written and spoken, is mandatory to communicate clearly with a diverse customer base.

Compensation and Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.
