Job Summary
We are looking for a committed Technical Support Specialist to deliver remote troubleshooting and customer support, primarily serving clients in the UK, with additional responsibilities for customers in the US, Canada, and Australia. This role involves managing support tickets, responding to customer inquiries via calls and emails, assisting with software installations, and providing training to ensure proper software usage. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Development team to diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues. A proactive mindset is essential to help prospects and existing customers overcome their technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for software-related problems.
- Manage and resolve support tickets promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers primarily in the UK, and also in the US, Canada, and Australia, through phone and email communications.
- Perform software installations and deliver training sessions to help customers use the software effectively.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to escalate and resolve product-related technical issues.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults to maintain system functionality.
- Support potential customers by addressing technical concerns and inquiries to facilitate smooth onboarding.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
- Previous experience in software support or a technical support role is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills, above average level.
- An extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Good analytical and creative thinking abilities to solve complex technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with networks, databases, GPRS, GPS, and VoIP technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting international markets will be beneficial.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.
- This is a full-time, in-person role within the software/IT industry.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 90,000.
