Job Summary
Solera, a global leader in data and software services, is undertaking a significant multi-year initiative to migrate its global AX 2012 ERP system to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). Supported by a talented workforce of 6,500 employees, we are seeking a Senior Dynamics Developer to play a pivotal role in this transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting our Dynamics ERP environment during the migration, while also maintaining the legacy AX 2012 system.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code using X++, C#, and other relevant technologies to ensure robust system performance.
- Customize existing modules and develop new functionalities aimed at enhancing system capabilities and improving user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and actively participate in system integration testing to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to end-users and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures clearly for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to developing coding standards and best practices within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012 development.
- Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET framework, and related technologies essential for ERP customization and development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of finance modules within Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 environments.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills to effectively address technical challenges.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate certification is preferred.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques such as Data Management Framework, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
