Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Big Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team and support our growing data analytics initiatives. This role is perfect for a professional passionate about working with large and complex datasets, transforming raw data into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing, modeling, and interpreting both structured and unstructured data, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include analyzing and modeling diverse data types to extract meaningful insights that drive strategic business outcomes. You will design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data processing. Leveraging business intelligence (BI) tools and scripting languages, you will develop detailed reports and interactive dashboards that provide clear visibility into key metrics. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance data-driven decision-making processes throughout the company.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R, enabling effective data manipulation and analysis. A strong background in Big Data platforms, including Hadoop, Spark, and Hive, is essential to manage and process large datasets efficiently. Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is required to create comprehensive visualizations and reports. Additionally, familiarity with data lake and data warehouse architectures is important to ensure proper data storage, retrieval, and governance.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of Rs150,000 to Rs300,000 per month.
