Job Summary
Sprinkles.pk, a vibrant girlswear fashion brand headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking for a talented and well-connected PR & Media Manager to spearhead its public relations and media outreach efforts. Renowned for its unique blend of fashion and playful creativity, Sprinkles.pk is rapidly growing its online presence and retail footprint. The company aims to become a leading name in kids’ fashion within Pakistan and beyond. The ideal candidate will manage influencer partnerships, coordinate photo and video shoots, craft compelling content, and ensure the brand remains aligned with the latest fashion and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Influencer & Blogger Outreach: Identify and engage with relevant influencers, bloggers, and stylists to boost brand visibility. Plan and execute influencer campaigns, fostering long-term relationships with content creators and PR agencies to maximize outreach.
- Content Creation & Planning: Develop creative briefs and concepts for fashion shoots and social media content. Collaborate closely with photographers, models, stylists, and the design team to deliver seasonal campaigns and brand visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Social Media & Trends: Keep abreast of viral trends, especially on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Strategize and recommend engaging Reels and short-form video content, incorporating trending audio, hashtags, and formats that align with Sprinkles.pk’s brand identity.
- Public Relations & Brand Image: Prepare press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Pitch compelling brand stories to digital publications, magazines, and blogs. Manage media collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand reputation and reach.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor the performance of campaigns and influencer ROI. Track brand mentions, PR coverage, and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and inform future strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in PR, content creation, or media strategy.
- A strong network of influencers and bloggers is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of current fashion, kidswear, and digital trends.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, along with content planning tools like Canva, Notion, and Later.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
