Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin & Marketing Executive to join our team in Lahore. This role blends strong administrative capabilities with hands-on knowledge of local vendors specializing in print and outdoor advertising, including flex printing, billboards, and event setups. The successful candidate will efficiently manage daily office operations while supporting both online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between administrative and marketing functions to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Oversee daily office operations such as facilities management, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of office inventories. Coordinate servicing of office equipment and manage relationships with vendors providing utilities and administrative support. Maintain company assets and organize documentation to ensure efficient logistics for meetings and company events. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to streamline administrative workflows.
Vendor & Procurement Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors specializing in flex printing, billboards, signage, event setups, and promotional materials. Handle vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain quality standards. Manage physical branding activities including stalls, office branding, and giveaways to support marketing efforts.
Marketing Support (Offline & Digital):
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Coordinate with designers and digital agencies to create marketing content, branding, and promotional materials. Manage social media pages by preparing content calendars and monitoring campaign performance. Support field marketing activities including participation in exhibitions, corporate events, and outdoor campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of vendor agreements, purchases, campaign budgets, and event expenses. Prepare regular reports summarizing administrative tasks and marketing activities to keep management updated on progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative roles with exposure to marketing coordination.
- Established network of local printing, branding, and advertising vendors in Lahore.
- Experience supporting or managing digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Google Ads.
- Basic design skills or experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with at least one year of experience working directly with local vendors and suppliers, along with one year of social media marketing experience, will be highly preferred. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lahore, requiring occasional field visits for vendor coordination and event supervision. Standard office hours apply, with flexibility during campaigns or events. The monthly salary range is Rs80,000 to Rs100,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
