Job Summary
The Assistant Manager, Data Engineering and Reporting, will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing critical data repositories, ETL workflows, and analytics to deliver meaningful health insights. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analytics professionals to maintain, optimize, and scale data repositories. You will oversee ETL processes, ensuring data integration is accurate, timely, and efficient. Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have at least six years of relevant experience, ideally within a healthcare environment, demonstrating strong expertise in data engineering, ETL processes, and analytics.
Proven leadership skills are essential, with experience managing technical teams and driving collaborative efforts across departments to achieve organizational goals. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills are required to effectively translate complex data into actionable insights and to engage with diverse teams.
