Creative AI Content Developer

Job Summary
A Dubai-based property management software company, founded in 2017, is looking for a Creative AI Content Developer to join their Lahore team. This role is designed for a digitally savvy and creatively driven individual who can harness AI tools like ChatGPT and Sora to craft compelling, minimalistic digital animations and visual content. While not expected to be a full-fledged animator, the ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of storytelling and design principles, combined with the ability to utilize modern AI technologies to create simple, smart, and engaging visuals. These visuals will support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
The Creative AI Content Developer will be responsible for producing short, minimal digital animations using lightweight motion graphics tools such as Sora, PowerPoint animation, Canva, or similar software. They will leverage AI platforms like ChatGPT to generate voice-over scripts, copy, and narrative content that align with brand messaging. Collaboration with Sora AI video tools will be essential to create real-life video compositions enhanced by inspiring overlays and structured storytelling.

Additionally, the role involves editing and overlaying voiceovers, subtitles, and callouts on generated content to maintain consistency with the company’s tone and branding. The candidate will ideate and prototype micro-content, including 4 to 10-second videos and simple animations, tailored for social media, product explainers, and internal communications. Close coordination with marketing, branding, and product teams is required to transform content ideas from concept to final delivery. Staying current with the latest AI and content creation tools is also vital to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of outputs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Pika, or comparable platforms. Experience with basic digital animation tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and fundamental After Effects skills is essential. A creative mindset with the ability to translate abstract ideas into short, impactful visual content is required, along with a solid understanding of visual storytelling and minimalist design principles.

Comfort working with voice-over generation tools, audio synchronization, and subtitle integration is necessary. The role demands high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and self-motivation to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Attributes
Basic experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or Descript is advantageous. Familiarity with branding, marketing, and social media content trends will help the candidate propose innovative ideas and recommend AI tools to optimize workflows. A curious and proactive personality, eager to experiment with new tools and technologies, is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sensibility, appreciating simplicity and clean design. They should be comfortable working independently or as part of small, agile teams.
