Job Summary
We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our factory security team on a full-time basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor security cameras continuously to safeguard the premises, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, keen observation skills, and the ability to promptly identify and report any unusual or suspicious activities. This position requires on-site presence to ensure a secure and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
The CCTV Operator will be responsible for continuously monitoring CCTV footage to detect any suspicious behavior or security breaches. Immediate reporting of incidents or irregularities to the security supervisor or management is essential to maintain prompt response and resolution. Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of daily surveillance activities and any incidents observed is a critical part of the role. The operator must also ensure that all CCTV equipment is functioning correctly and report any technical malfunctions without delay. Collaboration with other security personnel and factory staff is necessary to strengthen overall safety measures. Adherence to company policies regarding security protocols and confidentiality is mandatory at all times.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally have prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in a comparable security role. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay alert for extended periods are crucial for effective monitoring. Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems and equipment is required to identify and report technical issues. Good communication skills are necessary to clearly and effectively report incidents to supervisors and management. The role demands the ability to work full-time on-site, with flexibility in scheduling if needed.
