Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team and represent our brand in the market. This full-time position is focused on achieving assigned monthly sales targets, with a performance bonus available upon successful attainment. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional sales skills and work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of orders. This role demands a proactive approach to business growth and excellent communication with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for actively pursuing and consistently meeting monthly sales targets. Representing the company’s brand professionally in the market is essential to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Collaboration with the Shift Manager is critical to coordinate orders effectively and maintain smooth operational workflows. The role also requires maintaining regular communication with internal teams to support sales activities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the officer will identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company’s market presence.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in sales or business development roles, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively represent the brand and build client relationships. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain focus on achieving monthly goals. Good organizational skills are necessary to coordinate with management and ensure order alignment. Since this position requires in-person attendance, candidates must be willing to work on-site.
