Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Intern at TechieMinions, you will be responsible for managing and updating our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You will assist in crafting engaging content such as posts, captions, stories, and basic graphics that resonate with our audience. Monitoring social media trends and engagement metrics will be essential to suggest fresh ideas for content and campaigns.

You will also support the creation of visual assets using design tools like Canva, Figma, or other beginner-friendly software. Editing short videos and reels for social media platforms using accessible video editing tools will be part of your role. Collaboration with the HR team will be key to developing employer branding posts and internal communications.

Additionally, you will track social media performance and prepare straightforward reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness. You will provide assistance to the design team by handling basic UI/UX tasks, such as preparing design files, layouts, and offering constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A foundational understanding of social media platforms—including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—is essential. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite at a basic level is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with the team. A genuine interest in learning social media strategies and UI/UX design principles will help you thrive in this role. Basic video editing skills using beginner-friendly tools such as CapCut or Canva are also expected.

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to accept feedback constructively while working collaboratively within a team environment are critical qualities for success.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, three-month internship based onsite at our office located in Punjab Society, Lahore. Working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. Candidates must be comfortable working fully onsite and have completed their bachelor’s degree.

Successful interns may be offered the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on their performance during the internship period. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and basic design within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
