Job Summary
SAIGE Electric Bikes is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to spearhead sales initiatives and expand our dealership network in Lahore and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in the electric bike industry, possess strong connections with local dealers, and demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role demands strategic planning, effective dealer management, market analysis, and professional representation of the SAIGE brand to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies aimed at achieving monthly and annual sales goals. This includes identifying and onboarding new dealers while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Regular market visits are essential to monitor dealer performance and gather critical market insights that inform sales tactics. The ASM will also ensure timely payment collections and promptly resolve any dealer queries to maintain seamless operations. Analyzing sales data and preparing comprehensive reports for management will be a key part of the role, supporting informed decision-making. Additionally, the ASM must consistently represent SAIGE Electric Bikes with professionalism, promoting the brand and its products effectively. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences is crucial to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least six months of relevant sales experience within the electric bike industry. A strong understanding of the key electric bike dealers in Lahore and nearby regions is essential. Proven ability to develop new dealership networks and consistently achieve or surpass sales targets is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical to success in this role. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory to build and maintain dealer relationships. While a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in FMCG or beverage sales for a minimum of one year is preferred, alongside at least one year of experience in car, motorbike, or scooter sales.
