Job Summary
As-Suffa School of Excellence in Jhelum is looking for a self-driven and experienced teacher to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
The teacher will be responsible for developing and distributing educational materials such as notes, tests, and assignments to support student learning. Maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment is essential, which includes supervising students and organizing necessary supplies for lectures and presentations. The role demands personalized instruction that encourages interactive learning tailored to individual student needs.

In addition, the teacher will plan and execute educational activities and events aimed at boosting student engagement and participation. Keeping the classroom clean and orderly is also part of the daily responsibilities. The teacher will prepare and share periodic progress reports and semester report cards, ensuring parents are well-informed about their child’s development through regular parent-teacher meetings.

Continuous evaluation and documentation of students’ academic progress are critical to this role. Assigning and grading homework, tests, and assignments must be done accurately and fairly to reflect each student’s performance and growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in teaching or a related discipline. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required to ensure familiarity with classroom dynamics and educational standards. Applicants should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of teaching methodologies and legal educational procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Organizational and leadership abilities are necessary to manage classroom activities and contribute positively to the school environment.
