Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in the paint industry to join our team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of paint products and services. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Sargodha, and candidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the paint industry to expand the company’s market presence.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for prospective clients, adhering strictly to company guidelines and pricing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative environment that drives overall sales performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the paint industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team successfully, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting sales and market data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in Sargodha.
