Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Creative Designer with a strong passion for visual storytelling and an exceptional aesthetic sense to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging creatives tailored for social media and website platforms. This includes creating posts, banners, and advertisements that capture attention and effectively communicate our brand message. You will also develop print-ready sticker designs that align with and enhance our brand identity, ensuring that every visual element reflects our core values.

A significant part of your role will involve conceptualizing, producing, and editing short-form videos, such as Instagram Reels, to increase audience engagement and expand our digital presence. Maintaining consistency in the visual language across all brand touchpoints is essential to deliver a cohesive brand experience to our audience.

To stay ahead in this fast-evolving field, you will keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video editing software will be vital to continuously elevate the quality of your designs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a strong sense of aesthetics, with a keen eye for composition, typography, and color theory to create visually appealing and effective designs. You should be proficient in modern design tools and video editing software, enabling you to produce high-quality digital and print content.

The ability to translate brand tone and messaging into compelling visual content is crucial. Attention to detail and a solid understanding of current design trends will ensure your work remains fresh and relevant. Experience working across both digital and print media formats is required to meet the diverse needs of the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in motion graphics and video editing, especially for platforms like Instagram Reels, is highly desirable and will give you an edge in this role. We offer a competitive salary range of Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month, reflecting your skills and experience.
